A variety of entertainers are available both locally and from other cities in Texas. In addition to Austin, San Antonio and Dallas have quality musicians from a variety of disciplines. Following is a brief idea of ensembles available. · C & W Band (4 piece), ready for the boot scootin’ boogie, or the Cotton-eyed Joe? If so put on your boots, your jeans and your hat and mosie on over to listen to some great country western music. · C & W/Crossover Band (4
piece), for
those groups who think they are really cowboys and cowgirls but really don’t
want straight country western all night long.
Many fine groups are able to play George Strait, Clint Black, Reba
MacIntyre, etc., but can also play Lionel Richie, Elvis and many others. · Variety Dance/Show Band, if you’re looking for some high energy groups
with talented singers, lights, costume changes, etc. they are available
too. Able to play the latest rock,
country and classic hits, plus all those tunes you remember and can’t name!
· Ballet
Folklorico/Mariachis, one hour show of Ballet
Folklorico dancers performing folk dances of regions in Mexico. Includes cowboy emcee and trick roper. Also includes cameo performance by a local
Tejano star. · Solo Musician, guitar, piano
etc.,
excellent for receptions and small group dinners. Pianist must be provided with piano. · String Quartet, usually musicians with the San
Antonio symphony with a wide repertoire.
Ideal for small groups and upscale dinners.
